Extended barrel aging contributes oak-derived characteristics while maintaining the foundational cooked agave profile of the distillate. Aromas and flavors include cooked agave supported by notes of caramel, vanilla, and subtle nut tones, with additional elements of spice influenced by barrel maturation.
