TAU Tequila Añejo is an añejo tequila from the Highlands of Jalisco aged 14–18 months in a blend of American oak and French oak barrels. Extended maturation contributes oak-derived characteristics while preserving the core agave profile of the distillate. Aromas and flavors include cooked agave supported by notes of barrel influence such as oak and baking spice, along with additional sensory elements shaped by the interaction between production methods and wood aging. The profile reflects the balance achieved through traditional production techniques and time in barrel.
