Cazcanes No. 9 Blanco is a higher-proof blanco that brings extra depth without losing that clean, polished feel - sweet cooked agave up front, floral lift, and a subtle mineral edge. Made in Amatitán from fully mature 100% organic Blue Weber valley agave, it’s cooked low and slow in a low-pressure autoclave over a 24-hour cycle to lock in natural agave flavor. They use volcanic spring water from Navichi Springs, ferment in stainless with proprietary yeast, and double distill in stainless pots with copper coils, then rest it 1-3 months in stainless before bottling. Certified organic, kosher, and verified additive-free, it finishes long, refined, and seriously satisfying.
