Produced using traditional methods including brick-oven roasting, tahona crushing, fermentation in wood tanks, and double distillation in copper pot stills, the expression reflects the influence of these production techniques on the distillate. Aromas and flavors include cooked agave supported by notes of citrus, vanilla, and apple, with additional elements such as earth, cinnamon, and subtle herbal tones. Sensory aspects also include barrel influence derived from oak aging, which contribute to the overall balance observed in the profile.
