Extended barrel aging contributes oak-derived sensory characteristics while preserving the core cooked agave profile of the distillate. Sensory descriptors may include agave complemented by subtle floral, herbal, and citrus-associated elements alongside additional notes shaped by barrel influence and traditional production methods.
