Loco Ámbar is an artisanal tequila expression produced using a blend of new and aged barrel components. Extended resting in barrels previously used for Irish whiskey, stout, port, and Pedro Ximenez sherry contributes layered sensory characteristics while preserving the underlying agave profile. Additional influence from French white oak adds elements associated with spice and wood maturation. Sensory notes include cooked agave supported by mineral and herbal tones, as well as contributions from honey, malt, roasted grain, and subtle fruity elements reflective of the diverse barrel influence.
